Dr. Delva is a Licensed Psychologist who has worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. She specializes in psychological assessment and the treatment of adolescents and adults. She has experience treating anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and other psychological issues. 

Dr. Delva holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Florida. She received a Master of Science degree and an Educational Specialist degree in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  She also earned a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology at New Mexico State University.  As part of her doctoral training, Dr. Delva completed a pre-doctoral internship at the Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center with concentrations in psychological assessment, substance abuse, inpatient psychiatry, outpatient mental health, and gambling treatment.  During her post-doctoral residency, Dr. Delva conducted individual therapy and court-ordered psychological evaluations for a community mental health agency.  Dr. Delva has experience working in a variety of other settings including public schools, community mental health centers, and university counseling centers.  For more information, please visit Dr. Delva's Psychology Today profile.
