Confidentiality and privacy are fundamental rights to all who use our services.  Behavioral Solutions maintains a strict policy on confidentiality in accordance with professional ethics and federal and state laws.  No information will be released without your written authorization.  In rare circumstances, such as the following, information may be released:

 

• When imminent danger to you or others is evident

• When child abuse or neglect is suspected

• When abuse or neglect of older vulnerable adult is suspected

• When required by court order
