Payment

 

Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted for payment.  Payment is expected at the time service is provided, unless other arrangements have been previously made.

 

Reduced Fee

 

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

 

Missed Appointments

 

If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, and do not notify us at least 24-hours in advance, you will be required to pay a fee for the time reserved.
